Skilled Nursing
We have an unbelievably devoted and talented group of skilled nurses who can provide a host of services, including:

Home Health Aide
The home health aide will assist the patient with personal care, meal preparation and ambulation under professional supervision.
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy program includes treatment that aims to restore specific loss of function, range of motion and strength. We also assist the patient in the utilization of adapative equipment, home exercise program, and aid in rehabilitation.
Social Services
Our medical social workers manage psycho-social, home situation, and emotional factors related to illness. They assist and educate the patient and family with referral for community resources and financial status to improve optimum level of care at home.
Speech Therapy
Our speech therapists will assist the patient in regaining speech abilities such as verbal/non-verbal communication skills, which may have been impaired following an illness or an accident.
Occupational Therapy
The Occupational Therapy program includes therapeutic exercises such as muscle re-education, coordination, ADL training, and activities of daily living skills to facilitate maximum level of function.
Dietician Services
Dieticians provide diet counseling on therapeutic diets (or those on special diets). They also calculate tube-feeding needs to meet nutrition requirements. Our dieticians can assess the individual’s specific nutrition needs and provide assistance in meal planning.
